Community Spotlight: 4-H

4-H is an organization that promotes the idea of 'learning by doing.'  Although many of us know 4-H for its promotion of kids in agriculture there is so much more to the current program.  Activities from robotics to sewing and from nutrition to livestock there is something for everyone.  Those interested in participating or volunteering with 4-H should contact the Fall River County extension office at 605-745-5133.  Brad Kaiser is the Activities Coordinator but Karen can also answer many questions. For a list of all the activities you can participate in through 4-H see the state extension webpage.  Thanks to Brad, Aspen, and Dustin for interviewing with us.
